I'm not surprised that everyone assumes the perpetrators were black. I am surprised that the thread does not include a chorus of complaints at the Flint Journal's failure to mention race.
It took me a moment to figure out the second comment. Finally I realized genesseeborn was kicking it old school.
It's not clear if mushmorton realizes he is quoting Malcolm X. I doubt he would appreciate the irony.
